HM Treasury has launched a formal review of the Green Book discount rate used in social cost-benefit analysis and is seeking input from the academic community. SBCA members and others working in benefit-cost analysis are invited to contribute via a short survey, open through Feb. 27.
SBCA members may be interested in a massive open online course (MOOC) focused on the design of policy instruments for environmental management, climate policy and circular economy issues.
